Made to order in Japan

We don't hold AIMGAIN parts in UK stock. Each part is made for your order in Japan, then shipped to the UK by sea.

• Production in Japan: usually 8 to 12 weeks
• Sea freight to the UK: usually a further 6 to 8 weeks
• In total, allow 14 to 20 weeks from the date your order enters production

These are estimates. Lead times can change with production schedules, shipping routes and other things outside our control. Ask us for an update whenever you like.

Delivery prices

• UK: £69.99. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other remote areas are quoted separately.
• Europe: £299.99. This can vary, so ask us for an exact quote.
• Other countries: ask us for a quote.

Outside the UK, import VAT, customs duty and clearance fees are not included and are paid on delivery.

Cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund until we confirm your order into production in Japan. After that, the part is being made for you and can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us straight away and we'll put it right.
